Management Fee

At K&R Realty  we stay abreast of our competition and believe we are highly competitive in service and in our price structure.  We offer a basic rate of 10% of collected gross monthly rents or a minimum of $100 dollars a month on unfurnished occupied single family homes.   There is a leasing fee of 3% of the gross year rents for each time a new lease is written.  This covers all of your advertising.     We cover all areas of managment.
